Shipping & Return Policy


YSS Graphic Designs/King's and Queen's Collection  is a design and print on demand company and all items are made to order.


Apparel takes 3-7  business days to create. In some cases, due to item back order, there may be a slight delay (usually of no more than 7 additional days).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email you provided during check out.


Please note that US customers receive tracking via USPS. 


ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, we will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty printing, tears/holes in item). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.

We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen, change of heart on color (where applicable), etc. 

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. - All deposits for events must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to event date. (All unpaid invoices or orders will be cancelled.)

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address YOU provide during order processing.

Order Cancellation

We will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment due to automatic production of merchandise.


Rush Order: (Please email us)

- All rush orders, (orders placed less than 2 weeks to event) will be charged a minimal rush order fee to be processed and will be done last on our order queue. 

Additionally, we are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.

Please carefully read the Terms & Conditions before placing an order. By paying your invoice, you agree that you will abide by the guidelines set forth for the project being completed.

Invoices will be sent after description of work is given including cost. Invoice must be paid within 72 hours. No work will be started until the invoice is paid. If invoice is cancelled for non-payment another invoice can be send but it may have a 10% increase for the first cancelled invoice.

All orders under $100 required to be paid in full before the job starts. All orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Final payment must be pay before the final copy/prints are released to you.



All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If any work has begun and you have received draft, NO refund will be given.

If for any reason you decide to cancel project, at any time, refund will not be given.


Content Misspellings

YSS Graphics will not be held responsible for any misspellings, absent information, etc. that was not initially specified via email.

We will not correct any information.

When proofs are sent, please be sure to look over all spelling and proceed with approving of your project.



Right to Refuse Services

If you have failed to comply in the past and have not paid invoices in a timely fashion. If for any reason, you have previously acted in a manner that is inexcusable by our company, we also reserve the rights to refuse future service.



Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary. They can range from 3-10 business days depending on the project. Please also note that turnaround times depend on your communication with YSS Graphic Designs and paying your invoice.

Rush fees are available for certain projects, if needed by a certain date within the normal turnaround period.




Email is preferred!..... In order to maintain a record of communication and to ensure that both parties are mutually agreeing. Emails are a great form of paper trail.

Short calls are allowed to answer any questions of confusion.




YSS Graphic Designs agrees to keep all client personal information private and secure. Your username or password will ever be used for more than what it is intended for.






Once remainder deposit is paid – official files will be sent to client. Client now officially owns the artwork. Any draft files are property of YSS Graphics Designs. Client has to rights to own JPEG, PNG, and PDF files. (This pertains to logo files, social media flyer files, and any other digital files). Files of AI, ESP, or PSD will not be sent to client.


*YSS Graphic Designs reserves the right to post any and all non-confident designs for portfolio, website, etc.…. You are consenting that any photos of your items may be posted on social media or YSS website for promotional and design purposes unless otherwise stated.
